Whenever information is submitted to, or shall come to the attention of any official, department head, elected official, law enforcement officer, or employee of the County, that a licensee has committed a violation of this Article rendering their license subject to suspension and/or revocation, the official, department head, elected official, law enforcement officer, or County employee shall report such information to the Board of County Commissioners, in writing.
