05-01-29: ACTION BY STATE LIQUOR DISPENSARY:
Nothing contained in this Article shall prohibit the State Liquor Dispensary from acting pursuant to the Idaho Liquor Act contained at title 23 of the Idaho Code. (Ord. 95-007, 11-13-95, eff. 1-1-96)
