04-03-09: SUNBATHING DOCKS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to approach or tie up to a marked sunbathing dock with a boat in Canyon County, Idaho. It shall also be unlawful to fish from a marked sunbathing dock with the exception of participants on educational field trips scheduled through the Canyon County parks department.
