This article is known as the LAW ENFORCEMENT TOWING ORDINANCE. The purpose of this article is to establish criteria for the selection and deletion of emergency tow service from the tow rotation list and related regulations in order to continue to provide safe, effective, reasonably priced, and professional emergency tow service.
