IMPACT FEE ADMINISTRATOR: | CHD4's Engineer or CHD4 Board of Commissioners appointed Staff, who shall be the designee of the Canyon County Board to administer specific portions of this chapter. |
IMPACT FEE RECIPIENT: | CHD4 who is authorized to make expenditures of Impact Fees collected in accordance with this chapter. |
