01-25-01: DESIGNATION AS ADVISORY BOARD AND PURPOSE:

The Committee shall be a body advisory to the Board of County Commissioners, and shall have as its purpose the provision of nonbinding advice to the Solid Waste Director or Board of County Commissioners concerning the operation and administration of the Pickles Butte Sanitary Landfill and to otherwise improve the management of solid waste in Canyon County.
