All proposed amendments to the text and/or map of the Canyon County zoning ordinance or subdivision regulations, which may relate to the Star area of city impact, shall be referred by the county to the City of Star in the same manner as provided for in subsection 09-01-08(3) of this chapter. Any recommendation of the City of Star shall be considered in the same manner as provided for in subsection 09-01-08(3) of this chapter. (Ord. 22-003, 3-15-2022)
