(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 32.35 through 32.41 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation.
(2) It shall not be necessary for the complaint to negative any exception contained in §§ 32.35 through 32.41 concerning any prohibited act, but any such exception made in this chapter may be urged as a defense by any person charged by the complaint.
