§ 112.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions or terms of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense, together with the costs of the prosecution. Each and every day the offense continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. In addition to and cumulative of all other penalties, the city shall have the right to seek injunctive relieve for any and all violations of this chapter.
   (B)   (1)   A person who violates a provision of §§ 112.10 through 112.13 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not less than $25 nor more than $200; provided, however, in the event the actor has previously been convicted under §§ 112.10 through 112.13, the action shall be fined an amount not less than $50 nor more than $500 for a second conviction hereunder, and shall be fined an amount not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for a third conviction hereunder and for each conviction thereafter.
      (2)   Each occurrence of a violation, or, in the case of continuous violations, each day a violation occurs or continues, constitutes a separate offense and may be punished separately.
