(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 110.15 through 110.21 or §§ 110.25 through 100.26 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 110.22 through 110.24 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
