For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. Any marketing activity conducted for the sale of goods or services for a profit.
TEMPORARY BUSINESS. The sale of goods or services conducted by any person, group of persons or entity that does not have a permanent address in the city and that is operated in the city for 120 consecutive hours or less or operating out of a vehicle, truck, trailer or other mobile unit.
