§ 70.40 OPENING OF VEHICLE DOORS.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator or other person to open the door of a vehicle or to step from a parked vehicle into a roadway or sidewalk in such a manner as to interfere with or impede the progress of any vehicle or pedestrian.
