DIVISION II CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
Section 2-1015 Quorum.
   Two (2) members of the Board shall normally constitute a quorum. If a quorum fails to attend, the meeting will stand adjourned until such time as shall be agreed upon by the majority of the members present.
