10-14-4: OFF STREET LOADING REQUIREMENTS:
On the same premises with every building, structure, or part thereof, erected and occupied for manufacturing, storage warehouse, goods display, department store, wholesale store, market, hotel, hospital, mortuary, laundry, dry cleaning establishment, other retail establishments, or other uses similarly involving the receipt or distribution of vehicles or materials or merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained on the lot adequate space for standing, loading and unloading in order to avoid undue interference with public use of the streets or alleys. Such loading and unloading space, unless otherwise adequately provided for, shall be an area twelve feet by fifty feet (12' x 50') with a fifteen foot (15') high clearance and shall be provided according to the following schedule:

Multi-family buildings shall provide one off street loading space for each building containing twenty (20) or more dwelling units. Such loading and unloading space shall be an area ten feet by forty feet (10' x 40') with a twelve foot (12') height clearance. (Ord. 567, 11-1976)
