10-14-2: OFF STREET PARKING:
Off street parking shall be provided in accordance with the following table:

1 per 100 square feet of floor space
Elementary and intermediate schools
1 per teacher, employee or administrator in addition to the requirements of the auditorium or assembly hall
Establishments for sale and consumption on the premises of beverages, food or refreshments
1 per 100 square feet of usable floor area or per 2 seats, whichever is the smaller
Furniture and appliances, household equipment, repair shops, showroom of a plumber, decorator, electrician, or similar trade, clothing and shoe repair and laundry, motor vehicle sales showroom, hardware stores, wholesale stores, and machinery stores
1 per 600 square feet of usable floor area occupied in processing or manufacturing for which requirements are indicated below
Hospitals, convents, homes for the aged, convalescent homes, sanatoriums and children's homes
1 per 4 beds, plus 1 space for each full time staff member and attending physician
Industrial establishment including manufacturing, research and testing laboratories, creameries, bottling works, printing, plumbing or electrical workshops
1 per 2 employees computed on the basis of the greatest number of persons, employed at any 1 period during the day or night. Space on the site shall also be provided for all construction workers during periods of plant construction.
Mortuary establishments, and funeral homes
1 per 50 square feet of floor space in the slumber rooms, parlors, or individual service rooms
Private clubs, fraternities, and dormitories
1 for each 2 beds plus 1 for each 200 square feet of usable floor area
Professional office of doctors and dentists
5 for each doctor or dentist
Residential, single-family
2 per dwelling unit
Residential, two-family, row house and multiple dwelling
1.5 per dwelling unit
Retail store, except as otherwise specified herein
3 per 1,000 square feet of usable floor area
Senior high schools
1 per teacher, employee, or administrator, and for every 10 students in addition to the requirements of the auditorium or assembly hall
Stadiums and sports arenas
1 per 4 seats or 6 feet of benches
Theaters and auditoriums and assembly halls
1 per 6 seats based on maximum seating capacity in the main place of assembly therein
Tourist homes and motels and hotels
1 per guest bedroom
