(A) Minimum lot area: Five thousand (5,000) square feet for single-family and three thousand (3,000) square feet for each unit in a two-family structure.
(B) Minimum width of lot: Fifty feet (50') for a single-family structure and sixty feet (60') for each two-family structure.
