Accessory buildings customarily incidental to the permitted uses in this section.
Bed and breakfast.
"Home occupation" as defined in section 10-15.1-1 of this title. From four (4) to seven (7) children may be cared for in a childcare center, nursery school or day nursery as a home occupation in accordance with the provisions of section 10-15.1-1 of this title and the requirements of a buffer strip 1 .
Signs when located on the same lot pertaining to the use of that particular building or buildings; provided, that they will not overhang any public right of way, shall not be illuminated, and shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet in area.
