9-5-16: PARKING OF TRAILERS, MOTOR HOMES, AND NONMOTORIZED VEHICLES ON STREETS:
   (A)   Terms: As used in this section the following terms shall have the following definitions:
    MOTOR HOME: Any motorized vehicle which is designed or constructed to physically incorporate thereon one or more of the following:
      1.   Sleeping accommodations for one or more persons;
      2.   Cooking facilities;
      3.   Sanitary facilities;
      4.   And, which is greater than six feet eight inches (6'8") in width, outside bumper to outside bumper.
   NONMOTORIZED VEHICLE: Any "vehicle", as defined in this title, which is not powered or propelled by a motor or other energy source incorporated into the design or construction of the vehicle.
   (B)   Parking Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or permit to be parked, any trailer, motor home, or nonmotorized vehicle which is owned, operated, controlled by, or registered to such person, on any street, alley, or other public way within the corporate limits of the City.
   (C)   Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each such offense. (Ord. 1110, 6-17-1986)
