9-5-15: PARKING ON TERRACES:
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any terrace which is zoned on either an agricultural, conservation, or residential zoning configuration. Parking on terraces is permitted in commercial, business, or industrial zoning configurations but only if the terrace is paved with a concrete or asphalt surface.
   (B)   As used in this section, the term "terrace" means that area between the property line closest to the street and the street curb line closest to the said property line; or, if a sidewalk is in place, that area between the closest side of the sidewalk and the street curb line closest to the sidewalk.
   (C)   No vehicle shall be parked on any terrace within thirty feet (30') of the right of way line of any intersecting street, alley, or other public way.
   (D)   Violation of this section shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each such offense. (Ord. 1023, 1984)
