9-5-9: ALL NIGHT PARKING:

(B) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle or to allow any previously parked vehicle to remain in the parking spaces located immediately adjacent to and facing Jones Park between the hours of one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 1443, 8-16-1994)
