(A) Except on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle from the time period of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to five o'clock (5:00) P.M., for more than two (2) hours in any designated restricted parking area. Additionally, except on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle from the time period of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to five o'clock (5:00) P.M., for more than two (2) hours on West Pine Street between Avenue A and Main Street on both sides of the road, in addition to South Main Street between Pine Street and Walnut Street.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle overnight on any day of the week or holidays at certain locations parallel and running adjacent to the City Square. Overnight shall be defined for these purposes as parking from one o'clock (1:00) A.M. until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. It shall be unlawful to park overnight at the following locations:
Chestnut Street from Avenue A to 1st Avenue
East Side Square from Chestnut to Elm Street
Elm Street from Avenue A to 1st Avenue
Main Street from Locust Street to Pine Street
White Court from Elm Street to Pine Street (Ord. 4126, 1-15-2019)
