9-3-23: CLINGING TO VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful for any person on any street riding a bicycle, motorcycle, or any toy vehicle to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any moving motor vehicle or wagon. (Ord. 117, 10-6-1964)
