It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be driven or operated on North Fourth Avenue in the city between the north right of way line of East Birch Street to a point five hundred feet (500') north of the north right of way line of Linden Street at a speed greater than twenty five (25) miles per hour. Penalties for violations of this section shall be as established for speed violations in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes. (Ord. 1069, 6-4-1985)
