It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be driven or operated on East Birch Street in the city between the east right of way line of North Main Street to a point five hundred feet (500') east of the east right of way line of North Fifth Avenue at a speed greater than twenty five (25) miles per hour. Penalties for violations of this section shall be as established for speed violations in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes. (Ord. 1070, 6-18-1985)
