It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be driven or operated on North Park Drive in the city between the Canton park district property on the west and the west right of way line of North Main Street on the east at a speed greater than twenty (20) miles per hour. Penalties for violations of this section shall be as established for speed violations in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes. (Ord. 974, 4-19-1983)
