9-3-16: RECKLESS, NEGLIGENT OR CARELESS DRIVING:

It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle in the city of Canton, Illinois, in a careless, reckless, negligent or wanton manner, or carelessly so as to endanger life or property. (Ord. 117, 10-6-1964)
