The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or garage, shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or across a sidewalk line projected across such alley, and shall exercise extreme care in driving upon said sidewalk or across such lines. (Ord. 117, 10-6-1964)
