1-2-4: SAVING CLAUSE:
If any section or part thereof of this chapter shall be held to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the provisions hereof shall be deemed to continue in full force and effect. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 6, Sec. 23)
