8-3-11: DUTY OF OFFICERS:

It shall be the duty of the superintendent of streets and police to see that the requirements contained in this chapter in regard to the erection of fencing or barriers and the placing of lights, and in regard to obtaining permits for opening the streets, are in all cases complied with. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 36, Art. 6, Sec. 11)
