8-2-6: FAILURE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT, DISABILITY:

Any bidder who shall fail to enter into any contract so awarded, or shall fail to fulfill any contract entered into by him with the city, shall not be permitted to bid again for any city work unless the council shall, for good cause shown, remove his disability. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 36, Art. 5, Sec. 6)
