(A) Establishment; Appointment: A full time position of public works director is hereby established. The public works director shall be appointed by the mayor with concurrence of the city council.
(B) Duties: The public works director will supervise the street superintendent, system maintenance superintendent, water superintendent, wastewater superintendent, and the zoning officer. The public works director will also be required to attend all city council and committee meetings. (Ord. 1743, 12-17-2002)
