7-3-8: PENALTY:

Any person who shall unlawfully violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined an amount of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. (Ord. 757, 12-18-1979)
