7-3-7: TAMPERING WITH CONTAINERS:

No person shall tamper with any of the containers or receptacles containing "garbage" or "rubbish" as defined in this chapter. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 21, Sec. 7; amd. Ord. 1724, 3-19-2002)
