The city will collect and dispose of all garbage and rubbish from all service units within the city, provided they are placed in the receptacle or receptacles as provided in section 7-3-3 of this chapter and provided that no container, can or bag shall exceed sixty (60) pounds in weight. Further, the city shall not collect more than six (6) containers or six (6) cans or six (6) bags or any combination of containers, cans or bags exceeding six (6) per service unit.
