7-2-3: DANGEROUS BUILDINGS:
It shall be unlawful to permit any building, structure or place to remain in such a condition as to be dangerous to the public health in any way. Any such structure, building or place is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 48, 10-17-1961)
