7-2-2: REFUSE, OFFAL:
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the city any uncovered refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals; and refuse, garbage or offal is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 860, 12-16-1980)
