Any individual, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section 7-1-4 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or be incarcerated in a penal institution other than a penitentiary for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months, or both. Each day or portion thereof that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1194, 5-3-1988)
