Violations of this chapter, whether by a person, firm, partnership, corporation, LLC, or other legal entity, shall be governed by title 1, chapter 27, "General Penalty", of this code and the fee schedule that is adopted by city council from time to time.
Additionally, any person guilty of violating any provision of this chapter may also have up to fifty (50) hours of community service work added to his/her sentence in addition to or as an alternative to any fine issued. (Ord. 4034, 7-19-2016)
