Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation and the court may order that any and all equipment, whether electronic or otherwise, used to commit a violation of this chapter be surrendered to the city of Canton.
