6-6-3: OWNER, ABATEMENT:

It shall be the duty of the owner or occupant of any land upon which such diseased or hazardous tree exists to take action within ten (10) days after such notice to remove and burn said tree, as aforesaid, and shall, within thirty (30) days of said notice have such diseased or infected tree removed and burned. (Ord. 84, 8-6-1963)
