6-3-3-2: BILLPOSTING:
   (A)   Where Prohibited; Penalty: It shall be unlawful for any person to post, paste, print, paint, nail or otherwise fasten any handbill, sign, poster, advertisement or notice of any kind whatsoever (other than legal notices required to be posted by law, which may be posted upon telegraph, telephone or electric light poles with the consent of the owners thereof), or cause the same to be done, on any curbstone, flagstone, or any other portion or part of any sidewalk or street, or upon any tree, lamppost, hitching post, telegraph pole, telephone pole, electric light pole or pole used to support trolley wires or other electrical conductors, hydrant bridge, public building, fountain or bandstand or other public structure, within the limits of the city; except such as may be required by the provisions of this code; and no person shall paste, post, print, paint, nail or otherwise fasten any handbill, sign, poster, advertisement or notice of any kind, or cause the same to be done, upon any private wall, window, door, gate, fence, advertising board or sign, or on any other private structure or building, unless he is the owner, agent or lessee thereof, without the consent of the owner of such wall, window, door, gate, fence, advertising board or sign, or other private building or structure. Any person violating any of the provisions of this subsection shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
