6-3-2-1: PLAYING BALL IN STREETS:
No person shall play ball or raise or fly any kite in any part of the city devoted to business purposes, under a penalty of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each offense. (Ord. 846, 10-21-1980)
