5-1-1: DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED:

There is hereby established an executive department of the municipal government of the city which shall be known as the fire department, and may consist of up to the fire chief, three (3) assistant chiefs, three (3) lieutenants and ten (10) firefighters. (Ord. 4020, 1-5-2016)
