Any person violating the foregoing provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, and each day or part thereof upon which such offense continues, shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
