3-4-4: LICENSE FEE:
There shall be charged for every license granted to any auctioneer under the provisions of this chapter, for one year, twenty five dollars ($25.00); for six (6) months, fifteen dollars ($15.00); for three (3) months, ten dollars ($10.00); and for a shorter period than three (3) months, five dollars ($5.00) per day; provided, that licenses may be granted for the sale of livestock on the premises of the owner thereof, and for the sale of household goods and mortgaged property, without bond, for a shorter period at the rate of two dollars ($2.00) per day; and provided further, that the clerk shall issue license without charge to any auctioneer who is an honorably discharged soldier or sailor of the United States of America upon presentation of his certificate of discharge showing his honorable discharge from the military or naval service of the United States.
