3-3-5: LICENSE FEES:
In any case where any person shall desire to produce, offer, present or conduct any entertainment mentioned or included in any of the classes hereinbefore defined and specified, the license fee to be charged for each particular class of entertainment shall be as follows:
   (A)   First class: Five dollars ($5.00) for each day or part thereof provided, that proprietors, managers, or lessees of opera houses or theaters may pay a license fee of two hundred forty dollars ($240.00) per year for each opera house or theater, in lieu of all separate license fees for shows or amusements given in such opera house or theater during the period of such license, and such license shall be taken out for a period of twelve (12) months only.
   (B)   Second class: Where an admission fee of forty cents ($0.40) or more is charged, one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day or part thereof; where an admission fee of twenty five cents ($0.25) and less than forty cents ($0.40) is charged, fifty dollars ($50.00) for each day or part thereof; and where an admission fee of less than twenty five cents ($0.25) is charged, the license fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each day or part thereof.
   (C)   Third class: Ten dollars ($10.00) for one day, or fifty dollars ($50.00) for each week. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 7, Art. 1, Sec. 4)
   (D)   Fourth class: Where the seating capacity is under seven hundred fifty (750), seventy five dollars ($75.00) per year; where the seating capacity is seven hundred fifty (750) or over, one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per year. (Ord. 150, 9-7-1965)
   (E)   Fifth class: Five dollars ($5.00) for each day or part thereof.
   (F)   Sixth class: Ten dollars ($10.00) per day, or fifty dollars ($50.00) per week.
   (G)   Seventh class: Twenty dollars ($20.00) each month or part thereof.
   (H)   Eighth class: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per week or part thereof.
