3-2-5-12: HOURS OF OPERATION:
No licensee shall purchase any goods, wares, articles or things, whatsoever, from any person between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. the next day. (Ord. 1114, 8-19-1986)
