No licensee shall carry on any business required to be licensed under this chapter except at the location designated on the license. Should the licensee wish to change the location, application shall be made to the city clerk for such change in writing. The city clerk shall approve the change of location unless the new location would be contrary to the provisions of this chapter or any of the ordinances of the city. There shall be no fee for filing any application for change of location. (Ord. 1114, 8-19-1986)
