The applicant shall pay the city clerk prior to filing an application, a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per calendar year or part thereof. Should the license be denied, the license fee shall not be refunded to the applicant. The license shall be renewed annually and a fifty dollar ($50.00) annual renewal fee shall be paid in advance for the calendar year or part thereof. (Ord. 1769, 9-16-2003)
