Any person who fails to perform any act required herein or performs any act prohibited herein shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Every day such violation exists shall constitute a separate violation and a separate offense.
In addition to the penalty provided above, the city may bring an appropriate action in the circuit court to enjoin any action undertaken by any person in violation of this chapter and to restore any property to its condition prior to such unauthorized action. (Ord. 1192, 5-3-1988)
